Ledet, who also died from a gunshot wound on 20th September Monday, was being served a narcotics arrest warrant at his apartment complex in Northeast Harris county. Two police officers, Senior Officer William Bill Jeffery and Sgt. Michael Vance were shot at the scene killing the latter while going to the suspects’ apartment to arrest him with the warrant.
