On August 23, Chloe had arrived in Oahu via a Southwest Airlines flight and showed the card to a screener at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.
She had also listed the hotel that she would be staying at in Hawaii on her Safe Travel Program forms, but she didn’t include her return flight information or hotel reservation number.
So, the screener at the airport did not confirm her hotel reservation before Mrozak left the airport.
