Mac Helm aka Max Helm is the guy who reportedly sexually assaulted and raped a female at UNL (University of Nebraska-Lincoln). The Phi Gamma Delta house or Fiji of UNL is suspended as an investigation on the case is still on. Fiji is under probation for violations of the university policy.
A large protest against Mac and Fiji started on August 24, 2021, and the matter is since turned over to the UNL Police Department. The protest included hundreds of people as students of UNL learned about it from social media sites such as Snapchat.

The members of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity got suspended in 2017. The members harassed the Women’s March protesters. The fraternity got restored in 2020 after being released from probation, reports KETV.
The police intervened in the protest after some of the protesters were trespassing.
Mac Helm UNL Sexual Assault Charges Revealed
Mac Helm has been accused of sexual assault and rape. The sexual assault took place at Fiji house on Monday between 11:30 pm and midnight.
A Twitter user, Emmy, raised some significant issues in Fiji and tweeted about the sexual assault against women. A petition started by Rose Felice sought to ban Fiji permanently and aims to get 200 thousand people to sign the petition.
Since 2015, the alleged incident was the 103rd rape or attempted rape reported to the UNL police. One more rape case was reported eight hours after the assault at the Phi Gamma Delta house, reports Omaha.
The public affairs director of UNL, Leslie Reed, hopes that the institute will take necessary action. As of Wednesday afternoon, Mac Helm is not arrested.
